How To Eat Vegan
I'm strongly believe that most individuals over-complicate eating vegan. Why do I feel it's easier than most think? Well, because many non-vegans eat ALOT of vegan friendly food already. Food and beverages like... vegetables, fruit, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, water, plant milk, soda, coffee, tea, alcohol and many processed goodies!
So really, when you take a step back, it really is just a simple swap of a few animal-based foods like meat, dairy and eggs. And the kicker is... all of these foods have been veganized in some way shape or form, so if you still want to experience those old animal-based favorites, you can always find alternatives that mimic those experiences.
All-in-all there really is no sacrifice switching over. If anything you gain quite a bit! Not only do you protect the innocent and save animal lives, but you can also improve your health in the process and the health of the environment. Win-win-win!
